Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Generate leads via platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling business pitches and presentations
- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships
- Maintain and update client information in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Handle client queries efficiently and maintain long-term engagement
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities
- Good understanding of sales principles and client relationship management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with B2B platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc. is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, etc.)
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
